Bang Shin-sil, KLPGA match play group stage 2 wins in a row… I see the round of 16

‘Super rookie’ Bang Shin-sil won two consecutive victories in the Korean Women’s Professional Golf and KLPGA Tour match play competitions.

Bang Sin-sil won Lee Chae-eun by two holes in the second round of the group stage on the second day of the Doosan Match Play Championship held at Ladena Golf Club in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do.

Bang Sin-sil, who defeated defending champion Hong Jung-min by one hole on the first day, recorded two consecutive victories and advanced to the round of 16.

In the group stage of four players, only the first place in each group can advance to the round of 16.

Bang Shin-sil, who belongs to group 8, is ahead of Hong Jung-min (1 win, 1 loss), Lee Chae-eun, and Seo Yeon-jeong (above 1 draw, 1 loss) until this day, so even if she draws with Seo Yeon-jeong in the third match, she will advance to the round of 16.먹튀검증

Hong Jung-min, a member of the same group, beat Seo Yeon-jeong by a 5-hole lead and washed away the regret of the previous day’s defeat.

If Hong Jung-min wins against Lee Chae-eun and Bang Shin-sil loses to Seo Yeon-jung in the third game, the two will have to play an overtime game for a ticket to the round of 16 with a 2-1 tie.

Seong Yu-jin, who finished runner-up at the LPGA Tour Lotte Championship last month, beat Kim Min-byeol, the leader of this year’s Rookie of the Year, by a 5-hole car in the second round of Group 4, turning on the green light to advance to the round of 16.

Park Min-ji, who recently won the money prize for the second year in a row, defeated Kim Ji-young by a 6-hole car, avenging her loss to Lee Joo-mi in the first match.
